We were established in 2008 and have served over 100 clients in over 20 countries across The Americas, Europe & Asia. We are looking for a dedicated Online Community Specialist in Korea. AS OUR ONLINE COMMUNITY SPECIALIST, YOU ARE: Passionate about technology* and learns quickly Willing to research about local trends around digital landscapes, consumption behaviors, and platforms for social/digital media Is confident with reading research papers, government documents, and industry reports and writing reports/summaries in English. Have a sense of humor and loves to communicate genuinely Speak and write English and Korean fluently *Engineering background would be an asset but not required. AS OUR ONLINE COMMUNITY SPECIALIST, YOU WILL BE: You will be driving country specific mandates for global industry-leading brands and developing a community of specific audiences through the use of social media, as well as establishing brand-led engagement, and forging strategic partnerships within the APAC & Europe Region. AS OUR ONLINE COMMUNITY SPECIALIST, YOUR CORE RESPONSIBILITIES ARE: - Align with members of central team to deconstruct client briefs, design communications, advertising and social media plans to execute them - Establish and execute a content calendar - Organic posting on social channels - Influencer outreach and engagement - Trend analysis - Reporting on brand content - Execution of brand campaigns - Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications. - Maintain effective internal communications to ensure the teams are always in-sync with client requirements. - Provide daily and weekly analytics for campaign departments objectives. - Coordinating with graphic designers and copywriters in the team.
